Been coming here for years working my way through the menu and it's all good. The place is a bit cramped but it's usually pretty crowded so consider getting it to go. These guys have their act together and it shows in the unpretentious tasty food. The BEST lunch spot in town.
First time here and plan on returning soon! Miss Peggy is very welcoming and fun to talk with! Our food was delicious! We had a blast teasing the cooks..all good sports! Make sure to visit the pharmacy as well! We will be back!
Best breakfast I’ve ever had at any restaurant here in Gainesville hands down. Amazing prices too!!!! We got delivery and it was very fast and he was very polite. I’ll definitely be coming here for breakfast now!!!
This spot is great especially if you want something to eat that is yummy and fast. Chicken salad sandwiches are great. Cuban sandwich is good too and I have had their Philly also great and their side salad its filing . the only thing i didn't like its their soups. mainly broth with out flavor. their chicken and rice soup I don't recommend. But everything else is good
we stopped in for some breakfast. haven't been in awhile because we moved unfortunately Heather and Tony weren't there so we didn't get to see them. the food is always good. this is a small restaurant in side lawrence pharmacy. staff is always friendly. you may even see a familiar face from skogies. they make good fried potatoes for breakfast.
I just ate here today for the first time. It was great! If I could double my review to 10 stars I would. Guys, keep doing what you are doing! Also STAY AFFORDABLE, please! I do not know another place this close to the square to get affordable good food. I had the thai steak sandwhich and a salad, my buddy had a reuben. We are both the critical type. bread, crutons, tomatoes, etc. all seem to be at least average or above. The meal as a whole especially the bread, was easily above average. GCS is a new favorite for me. Keep up the freakin awesome I experienced today! see you guys next time!
